2. Orders & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified as processing begins immediately through our trusted logistics partner.
- If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Payments can be made using Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and other Shopify-supported gateways.
- Prices shown on the site do not include applicable sales taxes (if any).
- We reserve the right to update product pricing or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
- In the rare case of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order accordingly.
4. Product Descriptions & Availability

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are fulfilled by our trusted logistics partner and shipped directly from U.S. warehouses (New Jersey or California).
- Standard delivery times: 7–10 business days after fulfillment.
- Tracking information will be sent once the order ships.
- Shipping Delays: THEPETDREAM is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as:
- Carrier delays, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping addresses
- Natural disasters, holidays, pandemics, or other force majeure events
- Customers must ensure that accurate shipping details are entered at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
6. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no updates for 20 consecutive days, please contact us at support@thepetdream.com, and we will assist in filing a claim or sending a replacement.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence and your order number. We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
- THEPETDREAM offers replacements and refunds based on valid evidence (e.g., product defect, wrong item, damaged goods).
7. Returns & Refunds

- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photo or video proof of the issue.
- Refunds are not granted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

- THEPETDREAM reserves the right to deny refund claims that do not comply with our policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
