Shipping Policy

All orders from THEPETDREAM are shipped free of charge within the United States.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
  • After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you immediately with alternative solutions or a refund.

2. Shipping Delivery Time

We currently ship only within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times (after fulfillment):

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Remote Areas or APO/FPO Addresses: Up to 15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the destination, courier, or peak seasons.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a unique tracking link.
  • You can track your package using this link on our website or through the courier’s online portal.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the item has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delays may occur due to:

  • National holidays or courier backlogs
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events

Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control, and THEPETDREAM cannot be held responsible for resulting delays.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate before submitting your order.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or old address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@thepetdream.com — we’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal carrier or neighbors first.
  • If your package cannot be located, contact us at support@thepetdream.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if applicable.
